 Allison is the founder of Mom Corps, a CPA, and an entrepreneurial thinker. Before founding Mom Corps, Allison built an accounting practice, O’Kelly and Company, Small Business Services. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, she was an executive at Toys “R” Us, where she had various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com web site and running an $11 million Toys "R" Us Store. She began her career in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick. Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, Cum Laude. Allison is a CPA, licensed in Georgia and a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs. Allison is the mother of two little boys who appreciate their mom’s flexible schedule. |

 Maria comes to Mom Corps with an extensive background in organizational and talent development, culture management and work/life program implementation. Before coming to Mom Corps, Maria served as Director of Organizational Development for The Weather Channel where she had been since 2002. Prior to that, Goldsholl was a Partner and Managing Director for the executive search firm The Right Brain Group, Inc. Maria has also been a Director of Human Resources for such companies as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. and National Video Center. Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne in Athens, Greece and a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brooklyn College in New York. She is the mother of two young boys who are always teaching her something new about life. |

 Trista has over ten years agency and corporate staffing experience. Prior to focusing her career in HR and Staffing, she spent several years facilitating complete conference and event management for groups within non-profit, small business and Fortune 500 companies. Her passion is staffing but she enjoys HR operations/projects, system implementations and creating and delivering new programs. Acting as project lead, she has successfully launched and provided training for several applicant tracking systems. Additionally, she has developed and delivered internship, mentoring and staffing programs. She has a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology with a minor Business Administration. Trista loves being the mother of two young boys who bring her smiles and hugs daily. Trista joined the Mom Corps team in 2006. |

 Lisa brings to Mom Corps a unique breadth of business experience. She began her career in Marketing with The Bank Corporation of Georgia where she introduced community banks to the concepts of online banking and sales incentive programs. She then worked with Georgia-Pacific as a Pricing Analyst working with commodity printing paper.
After receiving her MBA from Georgia State University, Lisa worked with Fry Consulting as a Market Research and Strategy Consultant. At Fry, she focused on helping small manufacturers survive the shift of manufacturing to Asia by finding alternative ways to utilize their current technology and workforce. In addition to her MBA, Lisa holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Mercer University
Lisa started with Mom Corps in 2007 and currently serves as Mom Corps’ Franchise Relationship Manager. |

 Caroline began her career in advertising, originally working with Mom Corps as the company’s Account Coordinator at a local Atlanta advertising firm. In 2007, Caroline joined Mom Corps full-time in order to serve as the company’s Marketing Manager, overseeing all candidate and client-facing marketing initiatives, advertising, public relations efforts, and events.
As Marketing Manager, Caroline has helped to grow Mom Corps’ candidate base from 4,000 to 35,000+ in just 3 years. She has also worked to secure a number of strategic partnerships, develop new candidate event series and services, expand on-site advertising and most recently launch the Mom Corps franchise arm.
Caroline graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2006. Though she is not a working mom, Caroline appreciates and supports the Mom Corps mission of life/work balance. |
