Database Lifestyle Demographics

Age of Attendees&lt;br /&gt;
- 0.3% ages 25 or under&lt;br /&gt;
- 5.8% ages 25  29&lt;br /&gt;
- 22.5% ages 30  34&lt;br /&gt;
- 30.7% ages 35  39&lt;br /&gt;
- 22.2% ages 40  44&lt;br /&gt;
- 11.6% ages 45  49&lt;br /&gt;
- 4.8% ages 50  54&lt;br /&gt;
- 1.6% ages 55  59&lt;br /&gt;
- 0.5% ages 60  64&lt;br /&gt;
- 0.1% ages 65 +

HHI&lt;br /&gt;
- 64.3% are part of Dual-Earner Households&lt;br /&gt;
- 56.7% are Primary Decision-Makers in their Households&lt;br /&gt;

Average Age of Children&lt;br /&gt;
- 95.4% are Parents&lt;br /&gt;
- 26.8% of children are between ages 1  3&lt;br /&gt;
- 23.1% of children are between the ages of 4  6

Education&lt;br /&gt;
- 90.3% have a College Degree&lt;br /&gt;
- 34.4% have a Professional Degree (41.8% MBAs)

- 22.5% are Employed in Full-Time Traditional positions&lt;br /&gt;
- 21.0% are Currently Not Working  but Actively Seeking Employment 

Reasons for Not Working&lt;br /&gt;
- 54.9% are not working due to Familial Obligations&lt;br /&gt;
- Only 2.3% are not working due to FMLA leave

Years out of the Workforce&lt;br /&gt;
- 36.7% have been out of the workforce for less than 1 year&lt;br /&gt;
- 23.8% have been out of the workforce for 1  2 years

Reasons for Working - 75.7% are working due to Financial Obligations&lt;br /&gt;
- 47.1% are working due to a Sense of Career Achievement

Industry of Employment&lt;br /&gt;
- 30.4% Other&lt;br /&gt;
- 17.4% Marketing/Advertising&lt;br /&gt;
- 10% Human Resources&lt;br /&gt;
- 9.1% are in Accounting:&lt;br /&gt;
     - 27.2% have Big 4 Experience&lt;br /&gt;
     - 48.9% have Public Accounting Experience&lt;br /&gt;
     - 37.3% are CPA Certified

Level of Experience&lt;br /&gt;
- 27.3% are/were Individual Specialists&lt;br /&gt;
- 23.5% have 8  10 years experience in their field&lt;br /&gt;
- 48.3% have 10 + years experience in their field&lt;br /&gt;

Factors of Importance&lt;br /&gt;
- 71.6% consider &apos;Flexibility&apos; Extremely Important (93.5% Top 2 Box Score)&lt;br /&gt;
- 44.3% consider &apos;Money/Salary&apos; Extremely Important (86.5% Top 2 Box Score)

Balance&lt;br /&gt;
- 15.5% are Perfectly Balanced!&lt;br /&gt;
