How does Mom Corps work?
Mom Corps works to match professionals with flexible job opportunities suited to candidates' qualifications and scheduling needs. Candidates fill out a detailed profile specifying their professional experience and needs for flexibility, as well as upload their resume into our database. Once registered, candidates can search and apply directly to active jobs.
Our recruiters are hard at work at Mom Corps, so even if you don't get a chance to search our jobs all of the time, don't be surprised if you hear from us when we get a job that we think is up your alley.

FREE! To register, upload your resume, search, and apply to active jobs - it costs you nothing.
How do I search active jobs within the Job Board?
Go to the search screen and perform a quick or advanced search to find jobs that meet your requirements.
Are the posted jobs truly "flexible"?
The jobs posted on Mom Corps are flexible to someone. It's up to you to determine if they meet your personal needs.
Employers working with Mom Corps offer a variety of flexible employment opportunities. At Mom Corps, flexibility is variability in terms of time, duration or location of a position. You choose when you work, how long you work, and how much time you take in between projects. The more flexible you choose to be, the more opportunities you will find.
How do I apply to a job?
You must first register as a candidate with Mom Corps. Then, search the database for jobs matching your criteria and click 'Apply'. If the employer listed is "Mom Corps Staffing" we are performing a search on behalf of our client and we will connect with you if we think this job meets your skill set and flexibility needs. If an employer other than "Mom Corps Staffing" is listed, your resume will be submitted directly to the employer, and they will contact you further if they are interested.
I can't find any jobs in my area, what now?
While we are working hard to bring Mom Corps to every city in the U.S.A., we are not there yet. We list some opportunities for virtual jobs that can be done from home. However, if you have a background in staffing, sales and/or professional services, think about opening a franchise in your area. Visit our franchise section to learn more.
How do I register as a candidate with Mom Corps?
Getting started with Mom Corps is easy - go to the candidate homepage, and click on 'Apply Now'. Create a username (your email) and unique password and fill out our detailed candidate questionnaire to help us determine your experience and your needs for flexibility. You will also be asked to upload your resume which will be saved to your account so that you can apply directly to our job postings.
Is Mom Corps just for moms / women?
Not at all! Don't let the name fool you. We place any type of candidate and deliver the best talent for our clients, regardless of gender or personal background.
How do I upload my resume?
During the registration process, you will need to click the 'Browse' button next to the 'Upload Your Resume' field. Browse the documents listed on your computer and select the file containing your latest resume in Microsoft Word format. Then click 'OK' and move onto the next area of the registration form.
How do I update or view my resume?
Login to the website using your username and password. Click 'My Profile' and then 'Edit Profile'. From there, follow the directions above to upload a new resume.
Who will be able to see my resume?
Mom Corps does not share our database with any outside organizations. We will only share your resume with clients who are looking to hire a person with your background. If you apply directly to a client posted job from our website, the client will have full access to your resume and contact information.
How do I change my username or password?
From the 'Candidates' tab, select the 'My Profile' tab and click 'Edit Profile'. Update the desired fields and click 'Submit' to save your changes.
What if I forgot my password?
Select 'Forgot Password?' on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address. An email with a link to reset your password will be automatically emailed to that address.
How can I receive notifications about the latest jobs?
Sign up to receive weekly Hot Job notifications, telling you the latest jobs that have been posted. You can sign up during registration or by clicking 'Edit Profile' on the My Profile screen, checking the box 'Notify me when new jobs are available' and clicking 'Submit'.

Login to the website using your username and password. Click 'My Profile' a list of jobs will show, these are the jobs you have applied to in the past. If you click on the title and the job description is viewable, the job is still active. Once a job is filled, only the title will be viewable and not the job description.

Do you check my background and references?
When Mom Corps performs staffing services for our clients, we will perform background and reference checks on 100% of our applicants prior to placement unless otherwise requested by a client.
Do you do drug screenings?
Mom Corps will perform drug screenings on candidates if and when requested by our clients.
Have you seen our E-Verify posters?
