Title: Sr. Systems Engineer (MCSE) PT - DC Metro

Recruiting and staffing of this position is being handled by Mom Corps on behalf of our client. This is a part-time on demand role (0-16 hours per week). Candidates must be able to work at client sites in the DC Metro area.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Systems Engineer will:

*Provide excellent customer service to customers at multiple locations in the DC Metro area.
*Provide IT field support for customers to include desktop, network, data, phone and audio visual mostly in a Microsoft environment.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred with a minimum of 4 years of Technical Support of System Administration experience.

Skills and Requirements:
*Must have Microsoft MCSE or MCITP certification at a minimum. Candidates will be required to provide proof of certification.
*4+ years of Technical Support or System Administration experience in a Microsoft environment.
*Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude!
*Ability to work at multiple client sites in the DC Metro are a minimum of 1-2 days per week and desire to work monthly maintenance windows on Sat night/Sun morning remotely as needed.
