Title: FT Helpdesk Manager - Arlington, VA

Recruiting and staffing of this position is being handled by Mom Corps on behalf of our client. This is a full time permanent and on site role in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
The Helpdesk Manager will:
*Provide excellent customer service to customers at multiple locations in the DC Metro area.
*Provide IT phone support for customers to include desktop, network, data, phone and audio visual mostly in a Microsoft environment.
*Create and document Helpdesk strategy and policies.
*Turn Helpdesk into a profit center and build team as billable hours increase.
*Implement bar code tracking system for hardware in queue.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred with a minimum of 7 years of Technical Support of System Administration experience with 3+ years in a Lead or Management role.
Skills and Requirements:
*Must have Microsoft MCSE or MCITP certification at a minimum. Candidates will be required to provide proof of certification.
*7+ years of Technical Support or System Administration experience with 3+ years in a Lead or Manager role in a Microsoft environment.
*Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude!
*Strong business acumen.
*Flexible attitude towards duties and responsibilities.
*Motivation to grow a department and business.
*Ability to work on site in Arlington, VA 40 hours per week.
