Title: VP Sales - Northern Virginia

Description:
Mom Corps of Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time commission-based VP of Sales to help expand our market. We place highly qualified and experienced professionals into contract and flexible permanent positions with some of the nation's leading firms. Experience and proven success in a business to business environment and the ability to work independently is required.

Responsibilities will include:

- Identify new prospective clients and develop and maintain client relationships
- Sell Mom Corps services including temporary and permanent staffing services
- Speak with and be familiar with candidate backgrounds before presenting to client
- Professionally represent Mom Corps at networking events
- Maintain complete records of all prospective and existing client interactions and position openings in our database


Position Requirements:
- Past sales experience in a business to business environment
- Passionate about helping to create environment for professionals who desire flexibility to balance their family life
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to do all levels of work (from cold calling to meeting with a C level executive)
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is strongly preferred
- Ability to work full time and during core business hours
