Our client is a Philadelphia-based, independent Energy Service Company (ESCO), which focuses on the retail arm of the energy market. The company supplies electricity and natural gas to consumers and businesses throughout several deregulated states while offering unique rewards and benefits. They are one of the fastest growing ESCOs in the United States.
The Inside Sales/Lead Generation Associate will be a key member of the inside sales team. He/she will be responsible for initiating contact with key customers/leads and scheduling them for appointments with a member of the inside sales team. The Associate will need to be persistent and may have to call several times before making contact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Customer Identification
• Manage the contact/affinity lists
• Maintain a high volume of calls to potential customers/leads
• Identify the appropriate contact at potential commercial customer organizations
• When appropriate, schedule appointments or transfer call to inside sales representative
• Explain products to prospective customers to effectively sell company services
• Adherence to detailed policies and regulatory requirements
• Understand key components of deregulated energy markets in multiple states
