DESCRIPTION
Manage the recruiting process of contract human performance professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the pipeline of new consultants entering the recruiting process
- Assign interviewing responsibilities to local Relationship Managers
- Call references
- Maintain data in the Talent Database
- Field calls from prospective candidates
- Post recruiting ads
- Research candidates on local job boards
- Reformat resumes for submission to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Strong writing skills
- Strong verbal skills
- Very strong PC
- Strong Internet research skills
