Large law firm based in the Carolinas is seeking licensed attorneys in their state of residence who are willing to contract on an as needed basis. Interested in talking to attorneys with the following experience:
- Litigation Experience
- Real Estate Law and Litigation Experience
- Patent Prosecution or Intellectual Property Experience
- Municipal Law or a familliarity with your current local council and principalities
- Research to support lobbying efforts
- Energy Regulatory Experience
The ideal candidate would be able to flex easily on hours as needed. Work would be mostly done remotely. Example duties could include research, title searches, document filing, document retrieval and handling, and being present as local council in pre-trial hearings.
