Recruiting and staffing of this position is being handled by Mom Corps on behalf of our client.

An independent energy company is seeking an extremely talented and ambitious individual to join the business. This position offers exposure to sophisticated direct marketing techniques and channel management from the team that previously founded and ran two of the largest and fastest growing financial service businesses in the United States. The ideal candidate is an intelligent and energetic individual with the ability to function in an unstructured environment and who will strive to do whatever it takes to contribute to growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage communications to and from existing customers including phone, email and mail responses.
· Resolve issues regarding enrollment in our service that require contact to the prospective customers to obtain additional information
· Explain products to prospective customers to effectively sell Energy Plus services and answer questions from existing customers
· Process New Customer Enrollments
· Handle customer complaints with patience and attention to detail
· Customer Retention
· Adherence to detailed policies and regulatory requirements
· Understand key components of deregulated energy markets in multiple states to effectively explain details as needed to customers
· Interact with utility companies to resolve customer issues
· Ad Hoc project work as assigned by management
· Assistance with Process Documentation and Policy Updates
