Our client, a Medical Marketing and Technology firm in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an Account Supervisor.
Full-time in office opportunity.
The account Supervisor leads the agency and client teams in all aspects of the client-agency relationship. He/she has the ability and understanding to align both strategy and tactics with the overall brand vision, present/sell high-quality deliverables, manage compliance with client contract and budget, and handle financial management and reporting. Account supervisors may supervise direct reports and are responsible for agency personnel management and development.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of medical marketing or healthcare agency management experience
Preferred experience in MS or other auto-immune disease areas
Strong communication skills, excellent writing skills
Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comprehensive, strategic and systematic thinker
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems |
