The Recruiting and Staffing of this job is being handled by Mom Corps on behalf of our clients.

This rapidly growing business development organization seeks a Development Manager to take the current fund-raising programs to new levels & create a development team. Responsible for designing, planning, implementing & managing all development activities. Candidate must have proven track record of success in leading campaigns & meeting fundraising goals with a focus on identifying, cultivating & soliciting private individuals, corporate and foundation support.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree & minimum of 4 years of directly relevant experience. A background in corporate and major gifts is desired. Candidate must be a creative strategic thinker with excellent written & presentation skills, sound business judgment & analytical skills. Strong administrative, organizational, development & finance skills required; ability to function as a team member & support President, Board, donors, community leaders & volunteers to raise funds. Must have excellent word processing, database management, spreadsheet & power point skills (Raising More Money Individual Giving Methodology a plus).
