Charlotte company seeking candidates with strong underwriting skills. Candidates must be well versed in FNMA/FHLMC, FHA(DE) and VA(SARS). Responsible for researching loan information and ensuring proper financial information is obtained from applicant. Ideal candidate has stellar customer service skills and is willing to call borrowers and all parties in the loan transaction in a professional and competent manner. Must be very organized, detail oriented, possess good oral/written communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Four plus years mortgage underwriting experience is required.
