Description:
Charlotte company seeking highly skilled loan processors. Responsibilities include processing loans, following up with customers, data entry, obtaining required documentation. Will work closely with underwriter reviewing credit reports including verification of customer information, resolution of title issues and appraisal disputes, and execution of closing actions to ensure loan closes as scheduled. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience processing residential loans in a high-volume retail environment with a major national lender.
