Title: Test Director - Maryland

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in testing and test management with a minimum of 3 years at the Director level
- 5-7 years of experience managing enterprise test programs
- Must have experience managing test programs for large Java based applications
- Must have experience iwriting test plans for functional testing, data conversion testing, regression testing, data warehouse testing and load and performance testing
- Must have experience managing test programs for data warehouses
- Must have experience managing test programs for applications in operations and maintenance phase
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must have extensive experience writing proposals
Following skills are considered a plus:
-Knowledge of automated and performance testing tools (HP/Mercury) preferred.
-Knowledge of healthcare industry and Medicaid is a big plus
