Our client, the world's leading independent research firm focused on the global supply chain and it's supporting technologies, is seeking an Account Executive to sell their advisory services.
The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business within an assigned territory and both renew and service assigned accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Meeting all sales goals (renewal and new business).
- Developing strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Managing all sales and service for an assigned base of between 10 and 20 clients.
- Generating a sales pipeline via prospecting in order to meet new business quota.
- Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and at 10-15 years of proven sales success in client management or selling within a market research, professional services or technology firm. Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through individual prospecting efforts. Understanding of business activities that drive priorities for customers. Strong time management, organizational and communication skills. Proven success in managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals. Team player.
