A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and a former Fulbright Scholar to Brazil, Barrett has spent much of her legal career as a Senior Executive in the Legal Group at Accenture, a $23 billion publicly traded technology consulting and outsourcing company.

At Accenture, Barrett has built and led teams of lawyers from all over the world. Following her passion for coaching, teaching and learning, Barrett created the position of Director of Legal Talent Strategy in 2007. In that role, she strives to maximize the productivity, creativity and engagement of the 400 Legal Professionals at Accenture around the world.

A certified career coach and an advocate for happiness, Barrett writes and speaks to audiences arounf the globe on the subject of finding happiness by working to your strengths and aligning your time to your values

Barrett lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband Alain and her sons Alex (age 17) and Harrison (age 14).
