How does Mom Corps work?
Mom Corps works to match professionals with flexible job opportunities suited to candidates' qualifications and scheduling needs. Employers may pay to post jobs and/or view our candidates and contact them directly. In addition to offering employers access to top-tier candidates through our Job Board, Mom Corps also performs contingent searches for clients.
How does contingent search work?
For contingent search projects, Mom Corps' recruiters search out the most qualified candidates, interview and screen candidates, and perform all necessary background and reference checks. We take on the risk and overhead associated with a new employee, as well as handle all payroll needs.
How do I search the resume database?
Anyone can search the resume database by clicking 'Search Candidates'. Enter your search criteria, click 'Search', and browse through the resumes that match your company's needs. If you are interested in receiving contact information for the candidates, you will need to purchase resume access for 30 days or for one year.
How do I change my username or password?
From the 'My Account' screen, click 'Edit Profile'. Update the desired fields, and click 'Submit' to save your changes.
What if I forget my password?
From the management screen, click 'Edit Profile'. Update the desired fields, and click 'Submit' to save your changes.
How much does a job posting cost?
Both monthly and annual job postings are available. When purchasing multiple postings, prices are discounted accordingly. For monthly postings, you can edit everything except "Field of Expertise" and "Areas to Advertise". For annual postings, all details can be edited.

How long will my posting be active for?
Monthly postings are active for 30 days while annual postings remain active for one full year.
How do I publish a posting?
To publish a posting, go to the Employer main screen and login. The page you are directed to lists all of your current postings and allows you to add and post new jobs. Click 'Add New Posting', and you will be prompted to fill out Mom Corps' detailed job criteria form and enter a job description. Once this form is complete, click 'Submit'. However, your job posting will not be posted immediately and will have to be approved by a Mom Corps representative. All of your jobs will be listed together, but each one will have a flag next to it marking it as Approved, Not Approved, Rejected or Expired.
Why has my posting not shown up?
Both your payment method and the screening process can delay your job posting 1 - 2 days. Mom Corps representatives carefully screen each job to ensure that we are providing our candidates with elements of flexibility and professionalism.
How do I manage all of my postings?
To manage your postings, login as an employer on the Job Board main screen. The page you are directed to contains all information about your postings and allows you to review, add, delete, and maintain your postings.
How do I post a virtual or telecommuting position?
By selecting "Can only work from a home office" under "Flexibility Needs" in the criterion for the job posting, it will show up as a telecommuting position. However, you cannot use this function to post a generic job for multiple locations.
How do I edit a posting?
To edit a posting, go to the Employer main screen and login. Once your list of job postings appears, click 'Edit' next to the posting you wish to change. After you have updated the info within the search criteria fields or the job description, click 'Submit'. For monthly postings, you can edit everything except "Field of Expertise" and "Areas to Advertise". For annual postings, all details can be edited.
How do I increase my job posting views?
To increase the number of times candidates see your posting, sign-up for our "Featured Job" premium service - just $15/monthly posting and $150/annual posting! When candidates perform a search, your job will be at the top of the return list, and the title will be bolded. Go to the Employer main page to learn more and sign up for this premium service.

How do I become a 'Featured Company'?
Any company that has a job posting is eligible to be highlighted as one of Mom Corps' exclusive 'Featured Companies'. This option is available to only 10 companies on a first come, first served basis. These 10 companies will have a linkable rotating logo placed on the Mom Corps homepage (www.momcorps.com) for only $1,000/month or $10,000/year in addition to posting fees - a great advertising value!
