Like you, I have always been a go getter. I graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, passed the CPA exam on the first try, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. While I worked for KPMG, I was quickly assigned my location's largest client, and after business school, I was placed on a fast-track management program with Toys "R" Us.

Then I had children.

Just as I always strived to be successful professionally, I held the same standards for myself as a mother. After my son was born, I found myself unable to meet those standards in either my professional role or at home. Even as a part-time professional, I still lacked much of the flexibility I needed and found that I was no longer able to work in the "corporate world".

My experience and those of my colleagues and friends led me to a distinctive calling. I wanted to create meaningful work opportunities for a much larger community of family-oriented professionals-yet fundamentally change the way companies fill their intermittent staffing needs.

This is how Mom Corps® was born.

Founded in 2005, we have worked with Fortune 100 Clients. We have over 40,000 candidates in our proprietary database. National media outlets across the country have sought our expertise. Be a part of our growth by becoming a franchisee - find flexibility and a sense of accomplishment as a business owner, and be a part of the Mom Corps revolution in the corporate world.

Sincerely,

Allison O'Kelly
