Allison is the founder of Mom Corps and an award winning entrepreneur.  Since founding Mom Corps in 2005, Allison has grown the business to 15 franchise locations and has become a sought after expert in work place flexibility.  She has been featured in television, radio and print media including The Today Show, Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, and Working Mother magazine.  Before founding Mom Corps, Allison was in a fast track management program at Toys “R” Us, where she had various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com web site and running an $11 million Toys "R" Us Store. She began her career in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick. Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, Cum Laude. Allison is a CPA, licensed in Georgia, and the mother of three little boys who appreciate their mom’s flexible schedule.

Maria comes to Mom Corps with an extensive background in organizational and talent development, culture management and work/life program implementation. Before coming to Mom Corps, Maria served as Director of Organizational Development for The Weather Channel where she had been since 2002. Prior to that, Goldsholl was a Partner and Managing Director for the executive search firm The Right Brain Group, Inc. Maria has also been a Director of Human Resources for such companies as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. and National Video Center. Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne in Athens, Greece and a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brooklyn College in New York. She is the mother of two young boys who are always teaching her something new about life.

Joanna Genser CFOJoanna directs the finance and accounting functions for Mom Corps with over 17 years of accounting and consulting experience.  She spent a decade as an entrepreneur with her own accounting and consulting business in Atlanta.  During that time, she helped numerous clients develop a financial infrastructure that positioned them for growth.  Prior to that, she was employed as an Assistant Controller for Credit Asset Management.  At Credit Suisse, she was responsible for managing budgets, special reporting projects, and the financial integration of all acquisitions made by Credit Suisse.  She started her career in audit at Arthur Andersen LLP.   Joanna received her BBS and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a CPA.  She has one son and one daughter, both of whom she simply adores.
