Overview
Mom Corps, Inc. ("Mom Corps") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of users of our website. We understand that access to your identity and personal information needs to be strictly limited as part of the job search process. This Privacy Policy fully discloses the information gathering and privacy practices utilized by our website. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, but does not apply to information we collect in other ways. Nor does it apply to other websites that Mom Corps does not own that are linked to from Mom Corps' website. Mom Corps is not responsible for the content of these web sites or their privacy practices or policies.

Mom Corps employees have reviewed this Privacy Policy and must adhere to it. They understand the importance of high levels of security and discretion in all functions that deal with personal information.

Our website is intended to help professionals find jobs. The very nature of the services we provide necessitates the gathering, processing, analyzing, and distribution of certain information about job seekers, which may include information about their background, the type of job they seek, their physical address, phone number, email address, and resume.

Following is a description of how we collect information from our website, and how this information is used.

Job Seekers
On our website, we ask several questions regarding personal information about job seekers. Providing this information is completely voluntarily. We want to know these things about job seekers so we can assist them in finding employment.

When job seekers voluntarily provide information about themselves on our website, or upload their resume to us, we make such information available to potential employers without any identifying information (i.e. name, address, phone number or email address).

The name, address, and email address of job seekers are only for the use of Mom Corps; it will not be shared or traded to any third party. The only exception to this is when a potential employer has reviewed information about a job seeker and expressed an interest in contacting that person. During registration, the job seeker is given the option to "Hide my profile from searching Employers". If the job seeker did not select this box, we will provide their full profile (including name, address, phone number) to the employer. If the job seeker did select this box, their information will only be available to Mom Corps internal employees.

Mom Corps will delete any information about job seekers from our database if that person sends an email requesting we do so to: info@momcorps.com. However, any information previously supplied to a potential employer may be retained in their files.

Job seekers may apply for a job listed on our website, and upon doing so that person's resume (if it has been previously saved on the Mom Corps website), including his/her name and/or address, will be forwarded directly to that potential employer. When this occurs, Mom Corps will have a record of the job seeker having sent their resume to the potential employer.

Mom Corps will send job seekers periodic emails with items of interest and to communicate about their job search. Each email will contain a link that allows users to modify or delete their personal information. If a job seeker wishes to change the text of a submitted resume, she will need to submit a modified resume.

Potential Employers
On our website, we ask several questions regarding company information about potential employers. Some information is required to set up an account and to post a job opportunity.

Potential employers are also required to provide specific information about the job opportunity in order to post a job opportunity. Some information will be available on the web site to be viewed by potential job seekers.

We will list job openings on our webpage. Job openings will not be listed here without the consent of the potential employer, and any job opening will be taken down at the potential employer's request by sending an email to jobboard@momcorps.com. Listings will contain a general job description, including location, but will not include the name of the potential employer, unless requested by that potential employer.

Mom Corps will delete any information about potential employers from our database if an authorized person at that company sends an email requesting we do so to: info@momcorps.com.

Third Party
Partners Mom Corps partners with various organizations to provide services to our candidates (eg: Resume Services, Career Coaching, Training). If a candidate purchases services from these third-parties, their information will be sent to those organizations. Those organizations are governed by their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, and users should consult them so that they understand what information will be collected and how this information will be used. Mom Corps does not control the privacy policies of these organizations.

When this occurs, we will contact the person at the company by email. We do not store information provided in this manner unless the company desires to work with Mom Corps. We do retain information pertaining to the referring individual.
